This applet allows you to select a preformed letter (which
appears in the upper text area) and send it to my virtual office of Governer
Taft. The elements of the chain of responsibility (hidden from you)
handle the letter, and respond in the lower text area. Ask yourself:
do you know whether Governer Taft has handled your letter?
In fact, the Governer object only handles letters of the donation type.
